Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including perishable goods, custom-made products, and clearance items, are not eligible for returns. Please check product descriptions for specific exclusions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange defective or damaged items. Please contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
